Search the contracting authorities that publish on Albania's APP portal by name, with the id each authority carries in the portal's search forms.
Every word of name must appear in the authority name, accents ignored. Pass the id of a row as buyer_id to appal/tenders/search, appal/awards/search or appal/contracts/search to list that authority's notices.
