Get the aggregated Blend loan-offer depth for a Blur collection, identified by its slug (e.g. 'azuki') or contract address. Each level returns an interest rate (basis points) and the total ETH available to borrow at that rate. This is the supply side of Blur's NFT-collateral lending market.
