Search Montenegro's register of contracting authorities on CeJN by name, tax number and authority type, with the tax number, type, city, phone and registration status of each authority, in name order.
Only active registrations are returned unless include_inactive is true. Pass a row id to cejn/buyers for the address, e-mail and website, or as buyer_id to cejn/tenders/search and cejn/plans/search.
