Get UN Comtrade dataset availability for a reporter and period — record count, checksum, release dates
Check what UN Comtrade trade data is published for a specific reporter and period. Returns the dataset availability record — total number of trade records, dataset checksum, first/last release dates and which extended code dimensions (flow, partner, commodity, customs, mode of transport) are present. Use this to find out whether data exists and how large it is before running a trades search.
