Get every Craigslist posting category: id, alias used to scope searches, human-readable description and the section it belongs to (housing, for sale, jobs, gigs, services, community, events, resumes).
Fetch the full Craigslist category directory. Each category has id, alias (the value to pass as `category` to craigslist/postings/search, e.g. cta for cars & trucks, apa for apartments, jjj for jobs), description and section. Pass section to keep only one part of the taxonomy; the same section names appear on every posting returned by craigslist/postings.
