Return every display manufacturer DisplaySpecifications catalogues, with the brand's hexadecimal id, display name and brand page URL.
Call this first when you have a manufacturer name and need the opaque id the brand models endpoint takes. One brand id covers both that maker's monitors and its TVs; there is no separate id per product type.
