List the published procurement opportunities of Dubai Government entities on Dubai eSupply (esupply.dubai.gov.ae), current or past, filtered by text, buyer organisation, supply category, response currency and publication date. Each row carries the opportunity id, title, buyer, currency, supply category, publication and closing time.
Current opportunities are sorted by closing time, soonest first; past ones by closing time, newest first. Pass `id` to dubaiesupply/tenders for the description, notes and lots.
