Search GS1 licensee companies by name and country
Find the GS1 licence records a company holds, and through them the barcode prefixes it owns. `country` has no neutral value — pass `all` to search every country, since omitting it is not an option the registry offers. A common name in a large country matches thousands of licences and the registry still hands back 20 rows and no way to reach the rest, so narrow with `city`, `postal_code` or `street_address` rather than raising `count`. One company usually holds several licences, each its own row with its own `license_key`.
