List every entry of one KEGG database, or every gene of one organism

How to use it

This is the whole catalogue, not a search - use it to enumerate a database or to resolve a code you keep meeting, and use entries/search when you have a keyword. Set `organism` for one species' genes, where entries also carry `entry_kind` and `position`; `organism_filter` instead keeps a database listing to one species, which is how you get the human pathway maps rather than the reference ones. The two cannot be combined, and `genes` is not a listable database - it only exists per organism.
