The procurement lifecycle around one Greek public act in the KIMDIS registry: given the ADAM of a request, notice, award, contract or payment order, returns the ADAMs of every request, approval, notice, award, contract and payment order linked to it.
Returns ADAMs only; resolve each through kimdis/requests, kimdis/notices, kimdis/awards, kimdis/contracts or kimdis/payments. The queried ADAM is in its own list, and cancelled acts are repeated in `cancelled_ids`.
