List Korea Exchange market actions from KRX KIND: investment caution, warning and risk designations, ELW caution, administrative issues and trading halts, by disclosure window and market: company, market, status badges, reason, disclosure, designation and release dates
administrative_issue and trading_halt list the stocks currently designated or halted and ignore the date window; the other kinds list designations disclosed inside it.
