Search Moroccan below-threshold purchase orders (avis d'achat sur bon de commande) on the Portail Marocain des Marchés Publics (marchespublics.gov.ma) by keyword, reference, subject, buyer, place of execution, category, nature of service, publication window and quote deadline window. Returns one row per purchase order: id, reference, subject, buyer, status, quote deadline and place of execution.
With no filter only purchase orders still open for quotes are listed; any filter searches the whole archive. Pass `id` to marchesma/purchase_orders for the items; awards are in marchesma/purchase_order_results/search.
