Get the filing history for a New York business entity by its DOS ID from the NY Department of State Corporation & Business Entity Database. Returns filing records with file number, document type, file date, certificate code, amendment description, page count and the filing document GUID.
Get the filing history for a New York business entity by its DOS ID (numeric). Returns a list of filings, each with file_number, document_type (e.g. BIENNIAL STATEMENT, CERTIFICATE OF CHANGE, AMENDMENT), file_date (ISO YYYY-MM-DD), cert_code, amendment_description, page_count and filing_doc_guid. Returns an empty list when the entity has no filings or does not exist.
