Get Product Hunt (producthunt.com) launches a user has upvoted
Get launches (posts) that a Product Hunt (producthunt.com) user has upvoted, by username, @-prefixed handle, or full profile URL. Returns id, alias, name, tagline, image, url, vote_count, comment_count, daily/weekly/monthly rank, featured_at, created_at, updated_at, and nested product reference (id, alias, url).
