Get full Rakuten Travel (楽天トラベル) hotel/ryokan details by hotelNo (or hotel URL): name, rating, review count, address, postal code, area hierarchy, check-in/out times, access and parking info, image.
Fetch a single Rakuten Travel (楽天トラベル) hotel/ryokan by numeric hotelNo (e.g. '28576') or a full hotel URL. Returns one hotel with name, description, image, rating+review_count, postal_code+address (Japan only), country/prefecture/city/area_code, checkin+checkout times and access+parking info.
