Get the full Takealot department taxonomy: every top-level department with id, name, URL slug and listing page layout. Use as a seed for category browsing via the product search endpoint.
Fetch Takealot's complete list of top-level departments in one call (no input required). Each entry has id (department id), name, alias (URL slug, use as department_slug in product search) and layout.
