Get a UniProtKB protein entry by accession or entry name
Resolves one UniProtKB entry. The accession (P05067), the entry name (A4_HUMAN) and a uniprot.org entry URL all resolve to the same record. Accessions withdrawn from UniProtKB come back as not found rather than as an empty record. Unreviewed TrEMBL entries carry a fraction of the curated annotation - one or two `publications` where a reviewed entry has dozens - so read `is_reviewed` before concluding an annotation is missing. Everything UniProt links to the protein arrives in `cross_references`, keyed by the source database name, rather than as dedicated fields.
